Duties include, however not limited to the following:.
Installation, solution, repair and preventive maintenance of Transforming devices (Rotating Perish Cutters, Flexo-Folder Gluers, Conveyor, Unitizer, Bundlers, and so on).
Securely troubleshoot and diagnose electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic troubles and making the proper repair works through-out the plant.
Create, apply and perform reliable PM program to alleviate piece of equipment downtime.
Coordinate with vendors and OEM for parts and repair services as required.
Train EE on PM responsibilities.
Setup and relocating of devices as needed.
Job with a Feeling of Seriousness.
Tweak routine as should make best use of plant result, ie, job off-hrs and weekend breaks.
Work closely with Manufacturing Team on issues, recognizing opportunities for enhancement.
Credentials:.
Minimum High College Requirement or GED.
Proceeded Education, Technical Certificates, Level favored.
Corrugated Transforming experience a plus.
2-3 years of Electronic-Mechanical Upkeep, Installation and Troubleshooting.
Know-how and strong useful application experience in automated commercial equipment which consists of: A/C / DC controls and motors, servos, drives, PLC's, relays, 3 stage energy, transformers, communication gadgets, industrial, digital controls and power transmission devices.
Have to manage to make mechanical repair works on industrial drive trains such as transmission, equipment trains, gears, wheels, chains and belts and manage to effectively replace bearings.
Must be able to repair electrical systems from 24volts DC to 480 Volts Air Conditioning.
Excellent understanding of hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
Should have the ability to check out and translate both electrical and mechanical blue prints / illustrations.
Totally computer system literate with Microsoft atmosphere.
